Tayde Sotelo-Canas is an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned operations leader with more than two decades of experience in arboriculture, landscape management, and logistics. As the Owner and President of Hortus Tree and Landscape Services, Corporation, a trusted Colorado Springs-based firm, Mr. Sotelo is recognized for his commitment to quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.
Mr. Sotelo began his career with Hortus Tree Service in 2002, joining a company deeply rooted in the local community since 1978 under the leadership of founder Robert King. Through dedication and perseverance, he rose through the ranks and, in 2011, was entrusted with full ownership of the company upon Mr. King's retirement — a reflection of his integrity, loyalty, and work ethic.
